Conquer the South Downs with Joshua Orphan & Community Care

Every day in Malawi children walk miles to collect water, harvest food, attend school and go to work. Join Joshua on the 19th September for a roller-coaster ride over arguably one of the highlights of the South Downs.

The children in Malawi are eager to learn, however it is common that many are orphaned or their families cannot afford secondary school fees. For every £240 raised, a child will be able to attend Joshua’s very own secondary school for four years and get a life changing education.

Sign up now and challenge yourself to 8.5 or 20 miles:

8.5 mile from Eastbourne – Alfriston approx 6 hours

20 mile Eastbourne – Alfriston – Eastbourne approx 9 hours

If you would like to participate then please e-mail for an entry form and post to it to 1b Buxton Rd, Brighton, BN1 5DE. You will then receive your WALK FOR MALAWI pack and event T-shirt.  You can set up your own Virgin Money Giving Page right here.

Can’t make the walk? Then you can donate miles on-line and help us reach out to Malawi at £1 buys 1 mile with a virtual 4889 miles distancing the UK from Malawi.

Wanting to donate by cheque? Post to: Joshua Orphan & Community Care, Dene Cottage, Woldingham Road, Woldingham, Surrey CR3 7LA.
